This woven rug called a Kelim was heavily soiled.  The client said she had it cleaned but was told it was “stained”.  We offered to clean the rug but she felt that since the rug was professionally cleaned by a well respected carpet cleaner she didn’t want to clean it again with the same results.  We offered to clean it no risk, that is if we can’t improve the condition of the rug then no charges will be assessed for the cleaning.  This was acceptable to her so we excitedly brought the rug back to our custom rug plant in Bozeman.  Our Master Certified Technician with a special certification in Rug Cleaning did a soil load test as shown to see that the rug was heavily soiled and not necessarily stained.  We have been trained that rug cleaning takes more skill and different products and methods to clean than carpet.  Yet another instance where the technician makes all the difference.  Please give us a try next time for your rug cleaning needs and we will show you why we are your Bozeman and surrounding area, rug cleaning EXPERTS.
